Our High Quality Bloodlines Origin

In the evolving world of gamefowl breeding, where true legacy is not claimed but proven through generations of consistency, selection, and performance traits, Vale and Alcantara Secret Game Farm stands anchored in a pursuit that few can match—the search for a complete genetic masterpiece.

That quest for a champion genetic legacy found its turning point at J Kent Game Farm in Liloan, Cebu, Philippines—a name long respected among seasoned breeders for its established Bulik foundation line and its reputation for producing consistently dominant and well-balanced breeder stock.

The Foundation: J Kent Game Farm Legacy

J Kent’s Bulik line has been widely regarded as a cornerstone bloodline in Philippine gamefowl circles—known for producing birds with:

• Strong structural frame and bone density

• Consistent cutting ability and gameness balance

• High adaptability across different crossing programs

Over time, their breeding evolution introduced a newer standout strain: the J Kent Iraq Hatch—a modern refinement that combines sharp instinct with tactical intelligence.

This Iraq Hatch influence is described by breeders as:

• Highly alert, calculating movement patterns

• Strong evasive footwork under pressure

• Explosive upward striking ability combined with ground control efficiency

• Athletic wing power with strong recovery positioning

It is a line that reflects not just aggression, but decision-making in motion—a trait highly valued in modern selective breeding programs.

Expansion of the Genetic Program: Vale & Alcantara Acquisition

In the continued refinement of our breeding vision, Vale and Alcantara Secret Game Farm expanded its foundation by acquiring 16 select pullets combining Kelso, Sweater, and Iraq Hatch influences from the emerging but fast-rising Apalan Barkadahan Game Farm.

While relatively new in name, Apalan Barkadahan has quickly gained attention in breeder circles for its rapid rise and visible consistency in producing competitive stock in high-level breeder evaluations and derby circuits across Cebu, including notable participation in 2025 and 2026 stag evaluation seasons in Northern Cebu circuits.

What makes their stock particularly intriguing is not just performance—but origin consistency. In breeder discussions, a recurring revelation emerged: many of their winning families trace influence back to J Kent foundational stock, reinforcing the depth and reach of that genetic line.

This discovery further strengthened our conviction:

When a bloodline repeatedly resurfaces at the source of winning genetics, it is not coincidence—it is confirmation.

Bloodline Character Profiles

Kelso Influence

• Balanced aggression with control

• Smart engagement timing rather than blind attack

• Strong cutting precision with stable footwork

• Known for adaptability in mixed crosses

Sweater Influence

• High drive and forward pressure style

• Fast engagement and sustained energy output

• Strong finishing instinct

• Excellent for adding intensity and stamina depth

Bulik Foundation

• Structural toughness and durability

• Reliable base gameness

• Consistent performance across generations

• Anchoring force in crossbreeding stability

Iraq Hatch (J Kent Line)

• Tactical evasiveness and ring intelligence

• Powerful aerial bursts and recovery angles

• Agile ground movement with precision striking

• High responsiveness under pressure situations

The Strategic Vision

The combination of these lines under Vale and Alcantara Secret Game Farm is not accidental breeding—it is a genetic architecture project.

The goal is clear:

• Preserve structural integrity from Bulik foundation stock

• Enhance intelligence and movement efficiency from Iraq Hatch

• Inject controlled aggression and pace from Sweater influence

• Maintain balance and versatility through Kelso genetics

The Legacy Perspective

What makes this journey compelling is not just the acquisition of bloodlines—but the realization that true elite genetics tend to converge at a single origin point when traced deeply enough.

And in this case, that origin repeatedly points back to a proven source: J Kent Game Farm.

For breeders who understand genetics beyond surface traits, this is the real value—not just winning traits, but repeatable inheritance of excellence.

Vale and Alcantara Secret Game Farm now stands not merely as a keeper of bloodlines, but as a curator of a developing legacy—where each generation is not just bred, but strategically designed for continuity, refinement, and long-term genetic impact.

Bloodlines

Vale & Alcantara Secret Game Farm

A Legacy of Proven Bloodlines. A Foundation Built for the Future.

At Vale & Alcantara Secret Game Farm, we believe that exceptional breeding stock is not simply acquired—it is carefully selected, responsibly developed, and preserved for generations to come.

Our program brings together the art of breeding, the science of genetics, and the discipline of proper farm management. Every bird represents a commitment to quality lineage, sound structure, vitality, and the preservation of valuable bloodline characteristics.

Our Foundation: A History of Proven Bloodlines

Our breeding program began with proven, carefully tracked breeding materials from J-Kent Game Farm in Liloan, Cebu, including J-Kent Bulik and J-Kent Iraq Hatch.

We acquired a purebred trio of Iraq Hatch—one male and two females—from J-Kent Farm, establishing the foundation of our breeding program. These materials trace back to the J-Kent Bulik and J-Kent Iraq Hatch lines, names recognized among enthusiasts for their alert nature, quick reflexes, intelligent movement patterns, and natural athleticism.

For us, this was more than the beginning of a breeding program. It was the establishment of a genetic foundation worthy of careful preservation.

46 Premium Hens. One Vision.

As our program developed, we expanded our foundation with 46 premium hens, sourced from a breeder recently recognized for excellence in several prestigious events:

• 7-Cock Event Champions — San Remigio, Cebu, 2025

• 7-Cock Event Champions — Medellin, Cebu, 2026

• 3-Cock Event Champion — Tuburan Annual Town Fiesta, 2026

• Four roosters from the same strain, winning four times during the Apalan 2026 Fiesta -

These breeding materials came through Apalan Barkadahan Game Farm, under the ownership of Boss Muy and Ting Ars in Apalan, Cebu.

Their addition strengthened our genetic base and opened new possibilities for carefully planned pairings. What makes this foundation even more meaningful is that these champion-producing lines also trace back to J-Kent Farm, creating a connection between our original Iraq Hatch trio and the additional breeding materials we acquired.

A strong foundation becomes even more valuable when its history can be traced.

Expanding the Genetic Horizon

As our breeding program continues to grow, we have carefully acquired additional bloodlines from established breeders and farms, each contributing a distinctive chapter to our breeding foundation.

Among our notable breeding materials are:

• The Legendary Dink Fair Golden Boy Sweater — Kentucky, USA

• Larry Romero bloodlines, including our Grey breeding materials

• Hatch Grey — AEJ Game Farm

• Milsim Black — Bacolod

• Yellow Legged Hatch — Kate and Kurt Game Farm

• Cecil Davis Kelso — Lance 88 Game Farm, Bacolod

Each acquisition is part of a broader vision: to preserve valuable bloodline characteristics while developing a diverse and carefully selected breeding program.

We are not simply collecting names. We are building a family of bloodlines with purpose, history, and future potential.

The Next Chapter: Continuing the Search for Exceptional Bloodlines

Our breeding program does not end with what we have acquired today. We continue to look toward the future, with plans to acquire additional breeding materials from Biboy Enriquez, including his signature White Kelso line, as well as other bloodlines recognized for exceptional quality from Kauffman, Texas, USA.

These future acquisitions will be pursued as part of our continuing effort to expand our genetic foundation, preserve distinctive bloodline characteristics, and develop a breeding program of lasting value.

The foundation is established. The vision continues.

From hatch to maturity, our birds are raised in a well-managed, healthy environment designed to support natural growth and development.
